Ray Mariner entertains Metro Atlanta listeners as part of the Cindy & Ray Show each afternoon on Star 94. A native of Chicago, Ray graduated from Appalachian State in Boone, NC. His radio career includes gigs in Charlotte, Cleveland and Orlando. Ray took a break from radio in the 90s and joined Columbia Records. He worked with artists like Aerosmith, Train, Mariah Carey, Destiny’s Child, Ricky Martin and Bruce Springsteen. In 2002, he returned to radio by joining co-host Cindy Simmons on Star 94. Ray’s hobbies include golf, skiing and extreme sports (he’s bungee jumped off a bridge and driven a stock car at 150 mph). Ray is a resident of the Brookhaven community and enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenny and his kids, Jack & Logan.
